If your Neuro gives you a dose of anything, TAKE IT. Do not take half doses and do not like ME take to much. DO AS YOU ARE TOLD that is why u pay the neuro and why they went to school for years. LEARN about your condition that way you at least have an idea what is happening, vague though it may be.

Get EDUCATED study you. Nobody yet can erase this sickness in all of our bodied but at least we do not have to gullible and fall for every snake oil salesman cure all.

Royce well said! I totally agree with you in that no one can be the best advocate for your health that you can be. Having said that you have to understand this monster were dealing with to some degree at least, in understand and look for your bodies response to this monster. Once you can understand how the two interact you have the beginning of understanding this monster that we deal with everyday. And you are right there are a lot of snake oil salesman out there who tried to sell us dozens of miracle cures. When these snake oil salesman walk a mile in our shoes and have MS then I might start to believe them a tad bit. Listen like you said to your neurologist however let me preface that in the fact that I have had neurologist that I seriously doubt it they understood my MS. Don't let any doctor or neurologist put you in a one-size-fits-all program that you either do well in this program or you fall flat on your face and get left set. There are always second opinions if you doubt your health care and the results you see from it. Don't be afraid to get that second opinion because as you said you have to take charge of your own health care and knowledge is a key point in learning and studying about this intricate in unique disease we all live with daily. But I put one more plug in, whatever DMT you are put on by your neurologist, please please please stay on it until you are given a different DMT to fight your disease. Doing nothing is the worst thing you can do as it lets this monster sneak in your body and silently cause unfixable, and sometimes life altering disabilities. Thanks Royce for the Post!
