You really Can do this. Now u r scared and unsure, take as long as u need and cry, I did, I think it took ma months . Get on a Disease Modifying Drug, Cry more and just know that u will be ok, this is not the end of the world. Just a let turn that you may nit have expected.

CRY, know that when u stop it will be a journey but u can travel this path. Others have so so CAN you, we will help you along you are not alone, come walk with us.

Everyday in someway we are getting better & better.

To all the Newbies, we are all here for you. No, we're not doctors that I know of, but we share having the MS disease. Some for short times, some for long times. We are here from all over the world, Mostly the United Kingdom, United States and Canada. Feel free to read along, comment or ask questions when you are ready. There is usually someone here. This is the best MS forum I have ever found. Great folks of all ages!

I also have to agree this is a good place to listen and talk if you want to. I had a hard time with dealing with MS and life a couple of weeks ago but I let my friends here know it and they rallied around me and made me feel better. I am ssdw1958 I have been diagnosed with MS since 2004. Just remember your not alone here. Have a good night 💤😴
