I know, I have a dorky sense of humor but something just went through my head and sort of made me laugh, so I thought I'd share. Anybody Every Loves Raymond fans? Well, remember the episode where Frank takes Raymond with him to the lodge? I thought if there was a group of us all hanging out together, we might be able to relate to some of that sauna conversation. Maybe change the words a little: "My legs woke me up last night. They had tremors." "Yeah, I got that." "My lower back has been hurting me like crazy." "Yeah, I got that." "I got up 3 times last night to go to the bathroom." "At least you got up." Etc., etc. I know, goofy, but it made me chuckle. I try to find the bright side, or should I say, the light side, of this dreaded illness. I'm sure many of us could come up with a long list of "I got that"s!! Wishing you all a beautiful day.

Yup Tinker-Belle 🤣 and anyone not knowing what we were yacking about, would think we were nuts!
Funny story, last yr for my birthday I received some marbles thank you again WAshingtongirl 🤣🤣
I keep some in the bottom of some tea lights candles. My dog knocked one over, and I said, what! I can't lose any more marbles! 😐😑 then realsed what I said, and died laughing! 🤣😂🤣😂
J🌠
Good laugh, thank you. 🦋 🍫
What a great way to start off my day. Thanks for the laugh, Tinker-Belle !! I’m still hoping for a get-together sometime—somewhere. starlight5 can bring her shopping cart 🛒 and we can all pool our marbles, then divvy them up. (I get first dibs on the good marbles—I don’t want any of mine back!) I think wheelchair, walker and scooter race winners should be awarded some of the beautiful artwork—quilts, paintings, crocheted items, button art, guitars, etc.—from our many talented friends here. Allen5280 can play the background music along with the gentleman who plays the harmonica (sorry, I forgot your name-I accidentally gave that marble to Jesmcd2 ). Of course, for our ‘still got it’ friends (I want their marbles!), we can set up a games table for jimeka and Iona60 , and an informational table for erash and kdali and others who speak a language far beyond my understanding. 😁💕
Thanks for the laugh!
It paints an interesting picture of what our get-together would sound like!
Thoughts come to me which I find hilarious, but not everyone would get my humor. Yesterday, my son was trying to describe a brick oven he had seen in a back yard. He was gesturing to describe it as very large, so I asked him if it was a walk-in oven. Fortunately, he understands my humor, and we had a great laugh.
Yes, I have folks who understand my quirks and humor but sometimes, even they give me that look like, "what???!!!" Or, "Awwwww, Mom, you didn't say that out loud, really?" Ok, Everybody Loves Raymond again...like Robert in "The Lucky Suit." "Ah, that Mom." But, one exception, I am NOTHING like Marie. Good gracious!
Loved that show 👍🙏🐾 Ken. 😁🤗😂🤣😝😜😉
To add to the ailment exchange, out me down for, "I ran into the blasted wall, table, ( insert big item) again. Remind me tomorrow when you see my bruise."
I hear you!! How about, "I fell again," "I have a weird electrical pulse on the inside of my foot," "I had another migraine," etc., etc., etc. OK, now my whining makes me think of Ray again with, "Oh no, I spilled the whiteout!" If you watch that show, you surely read that in Ray/Cousin Gerard's voice!! Ha!
still watch that show daily, it always is good!
