Switching DMTs

Anyone know what they say the time frame for waiting to start Ocrevus from other DMTs like Tysabri? Just wondering.

I was weened off Tysibri. Before my last treatment I had started copaxone 3x's a week. Then after my last Tysibri treatment, every 4 weeks getting 3 doses of steroids. I made it 4 monthes then started Rituxan. Seems to be from what I've read in past posts here, that it all depends on the neurologist. Cause it seems to vary. But that was my experience.

I think 🤔 that Ocrevus has it’s own waiting period and tests before starting 🤷🏼‍♂️. I’m sure it is probably listed at their site🤷🏼‍♂️. I know I went directly from Tysabri to Aubagio with no wait time👍 Not sure this helps much 🤷🏼‍♂️🙏🐾 Ken

I know of someone that is seeing a highly respected MS specialist. She started Ocrevus on what while have been her next tysabri infusion.
