So I decided to take a 10hr road trip yesterday and now today my head feels like it weighs a ton. I didn’t think the drive & ride would affect me since all I was doing was sitting una car but boy was I wrong. I was dx just 3 months ago so I’m still learning what things I can or cannot do without it effecting my body or my head. I don’t think I will ever take more than a 2 hour drive/ride at a time. 😔

I also found out the hard way if I ever go to see my sister in NC I am going by plane not by car and I have had my MS for over 14 + Years I live in Massachusetts. My legs got so cramped we had to stop so that I could stretch out my legs. Well we all have to learn the hard way.
You’re a quicker learner than I. I still haven’t learned what my limits are!
I hope you recover quickly from the trip.
After twenty three years I am still adjusting to my limits, maybe part of it is getting older 😜🤣😂😁🐾 Ken
Hi Kent, I have been wearing my Turbomed for 4 days now. I am hoping and praying that I can start driving again. It certainly gives you more confidence. I actually went out with just my stick yesterday. I walk straighter and quicker. My goal is to see if I can get enough strength up to start riding my bike Freedom again. Do you ride a bike with yours? Blessings Jimeka 🍫 🦋 🌈
Sorry Kenu, predictive
April 1 st will be my one year anniversary of my hospital admittance leading to my dx and I still have trouble getting they my head that I can’t do all the things I did before. But I’m learning slowly but surely. Fatigue is a teacher you can argue with.😁
