Have you tried cleaning out your history and cookies/cache?
Read part 2. And see if that helps at all. And check your own account settings, by clicking your picture at the top.
If that doesn't help let me know, and I will look into it more.

Itasca, it's Fancy1959. If you go back to where you sign in under healtunlocked you will see a help button. Click on it and hopefully it can either lead you to the assistance you need or walk you through your issue step by step. Jes is better at this than I am so listen to her ideas since they're probably the ones that will fix your problem. But it wouldn't hurt just to peek at that help button that I spoke of. It might help solve your dilemma. Fancy.
