I just want to thank everyone for their prayers and well wishes yesterday for my long awaited MRIS. Got to hospital at 8 am and left at 4:30 pm. Yeah they were a little behind. The actual mri took almost 4 hrs so thank God I was asleep 😴. Been dealing with this since December 19 so glad it’s done.
Get results Tuesday the 20th.

Thank you. As long as it took I would never have made it without anesthesia. 4 hrs I would be in the funny farm or jail.😝😝😡

I have to tell you that when I saw my neuro last month and she told me I didn't have to have any MRIs this year (it had been every year on the dot) - but I've been doing so well, she said we'll skip it this year and I did a happy dance - and immediately felt guilty because I knew yours was upcoming and you were dreading it. So happy it went smoothly for you, albeit a long day. Sandy

Donnie, I’m glad it’s over for you. Now I understand why you needed to be asleep. I’ve never had an MRI that took 4 hours. Did you have to have contrast? 😀
