Had anyone done this as a first line treatment?

I would like to be aggressive with treatment. Considering Ocrevus as well.

I have my VEP and EMG on Wednesday and I hope those results will be enough for my MS dr to recommend DMT.

I researched and went with Ocrevus. It seems to be the most effective drug with the least chance for side effects.

I also went with Ocrevus, the risks are much lower than with Lemtrada and it’s effectiveness is considered to be at the top of the heap. I’ve had an excellent response so far, although I am in a small minority that has difficulty with more significant infusion reactions. Well worth it for the benefit I’ve seen.
