It is so cool here in New England, in Massachusetts I think it is so cold my phone is freezing up. My legs are like jello. With the wind chill it’s 8*F
I do not like this weather this is when I say I am so glad I don’t work. Stay warm everyone ❄️❄️☃️⛄️🌬

Stay warm and safe. We've been at 28 degrees at night and our very old house gets pretty cold. I have thick foam bath mats along side my side of the bed so I can at least get my slippers on first thing in am. Rugs are tacked down with 2 sided tape for safety. Brrrr, stay warm!
Good thinking I have a rug on the floor but it is a braded rug now I know why my grandmother had rugs over her rugs not a bad idea and the double sided tape is a real good idea. I will have to do that but I am not going out of this house for while it’s just too cold.
ssdw1958, You guys are making me feel like a baby! Even though it will get up to 75 today, the mornings are cold - down to 42 this morning! We are heading out to volunteer with our Police Department and I have a sweater on and am looking for a jacket!
ssdw1958 It was VERY cold here in MI Tuesday and yesterday, especially with the wind and then the snow. Winter is my least favorite season of all of them. Gets way too cold and then the snow.
Your title caught my eye, because I do a re cap of the day on my daily menus, and I use Brrrr...Cold, and I haven't changed that line in what seems like forever. Okay it only gets down to 50° all day IN THE HOUSE, because of choice, I'm frugal, and for the past 30 yrs, that was hot for me. Now I wear long underware, shirt, sweater, and polar fleece pullover, (in the house). Live in Chicagoland, for those same 30+ yrs, my winter coat was a windbreaker!
And heat would kill me via my MS. But, now my MS is under control thanks to diet, I'm freezing!!! Oh well! That's okay!
I hold no ownership to Brrrr! It's just how I feel now, and really, it hasn't gotten cold yet. Below zero, that's when it begins to get cold, at least that's how I USED TO think. I have a friend who sits out in the Atlantic in the equivalent of a kayak, early February, in hopes of getting a few sea ducks every year. Now that's got to be cold. Crazy. Worst part, he's my age and can actually do something like that! Yeah, now it gets below 50° and I'm getting really reluctant to do much outside if the sun isn't shining.
MA's has got to be beautiful? If you like corn fields and high rises, that's Illinois. Bundle up, and as long as the sun shines, get out there and walk, cane it as I do, or roll. You'll warm up, and feel better!
I used to have a woodstove until my oldest son thought I should have another one well he took out the old tiles and replace the wood stove but it’s in my front hall, and might I say it’s not hooked up.we Used to Heat with all wood but my husband thought I was unsafe by the stove, me being unstable, so I had to get the furnace back up and running I found this great company and now working.
But I do have to say that my house is drafty but it is much warmer than our side
The last week the high has been 23f and 15f at night. With the 💨 at 15-20 it’s cold. Have had an inversion for week in meridian Idaho. Finally it ❄️ couple inches in town last night and the inversion has cleard. The sun ☀️ makes it seem warmer. Oh well, it’s winter🙏❤️😉Ken
