A question for those on Ocrevus

I have been happy to see some positive results posted here from those on Ocrevus. My symptoms so far are mainly cognitive, not much with physical problems. Does anybody know if Ocrevus has helped for cognitive issues?

melack01 I started Ocrevus in August, and have not seen any improvements of any sort yet.

Sorry to hear that bavery207 . Some people have said they haven't seen improvement until they've had a few doses, so hang on

melack01 I'm not sure I have seen any cognitive changes since starting Ocrevus. I can say on the other side of that coin, some of the other meds I have been on have worsened my cognitive issues so that in stride is a good note cause I have already lost enough of my marbles. 😂

Luckily mine haven't gotten worse but that is probably the scariest part of MS for me.

melack01 Hi there! I don't know if there were any secondary objectives in the Ocrevus trials that looked for improvements in cognitive functioning. If there were, that might answer your question. I am sorry that I don't have the time right now to look that up for you, but that is one idea.

I did a minor search and it said there was some improvement (though that was disputed) slightly better than interferon, which is the only one they compared it to.
