Does anyone else have issues with "restless legs"? Mine were active and kept me awake all night. Guess I need to keep the medicine. Will the Ocrevus help with it? Do or don't know

Legs...
Restless legs must be in the air! I was awake all night with it also. I don't know about Ocrevus helping, I'm on Rituxim and it doesn't help it. Neuro put me on tizanadine for my legs. Helps most of the time, but occasionally the legs want to remind me that they are still there.
My legs are the worst. Restless legs 20 yrs ago woke me 36 times an hour on sleep study. No Ms stupid spacticity thousand times worse faciculations, contracture retardation. The restless legs meds didn't work really. Trazodone seamed more effective than later my dog sleeping on my legs when it's the worse seems to help cause she's heavy. I don't know
What I take is tonic water. Tonic water has quinine in it. My MS specialist suggested it when I declined any more pills . After trial and error, I found that drinking 8 ounces of tonic water mixed with 8 ounces of sparkling water during the day, usually keeps my legs quiet for naptime and later into the evening. I mix the sparkling water with the tonic water because tonic water is bitter and I don't like the taste. Hope that proves helpful for you. At night, I take 5 mg of Ambien and that keeps the legs still.

I need to try the tonic water after checking for contraindications.
I do find that Mirapex (pramipexole) helps. I have tried Lyrica and Requip also. They worked too but I had swelling in my feet, so I had to switch.
I find that taking an iron supplement (65 mg) every other day is helpful too. You might ask to have both your ferritin and folate levels checked? I take mine with a glass of orange juice to help absorb the iron.
I read that exercise too helps with RLS. You just want to be careful not to exercise too close to bedtime because that can aggravate RLS and you also don't want to overdo exercise because it can cause the muscles to become inflamed and this can aggravate RLS. That's what I read anyway!
I get restless legs when over tired. Early nights help. Thye have just started up so I am up too late.
