Hey friends, I'm waking up every morning with pain in my legs even though I am taking Baclofen. Are there any supplements that I should take? Anything that you are taking to help with this?

Pain in legs
Perhaps your baclofen should be adjusted. You should talk to your health care provider to see what can be done. I am on baclofen for my restless legs and it seems to help. I do take a magnesium supplement that supposed to address leg cramps and my doctor is okay that I take it, but you should discuss with your doctor before incorporating it into your routine. What works for me might not work for you. Keep Smiling, Boxofchocolates
You might ask your doctor about this to make sure it is MS-related. Gabapentin may be really helpful if it's nerve pain.
I hope you feel better quickly.
Magnesium - powdered 400mg or 800 mg tablet
you may want to talk 2 your neuro
as for me I take gabapentin 300mg 3xs a day
baclofen 30mg 3xs a day
tizanidine6mg 4xs day
Ask your doctor about gabapentin for leg nerve pain.
I have also pain in my right leg. Maybe the cause is for cleaning the hause yesterday with toxic and bad products, or for no opening the windows after clean this house of my parents.
To drink water (2 litros)Maybe is a soluciรณn.
Or masage in the leg.
Or meditaciรณn.
Or rest, donโt move.
I am not a doctor.
The best for you.
I am so happy to hear from you. I was worried about you with this virus hitting your country so hard. Love, Kelly xx
Thanks. All this country is at home, really sad. Without freedom. Only today is possible to see an adult with one child walking out. The virus at home or out, in all Europe.
Thanks, ๐๐๐
I hope also you all hadnโt problems so hard and tragic.

Hello! It is like that here also. People still do necessary shopping, but really no more. It is sad that so many have died in hospital all alone. No family by their side. Life will never be the same. Perhaps that is a good thing, if we learn from this. Please stay safe. Is your family well, I hope? Love, Kelly xx๐ฅฐ๐
If it is cramping I have read drinking a little tonic water at bedtime can help.
Some people say eating bananas helps with the cramping. Would definately talk to your doc as they may want to increase your baclofen dose or give you something different for it. Keep us updated
Hi-I agree with what was said below that you may need GABApentin and Baclofen. Do you take Gabapentin too? Iโve had dosage increased with these two meds since my diagnosis 7 years ago. GABApentin has helped a lot with my severe nerve pain all over my body-it acts as a nerve blocker and Baclofen helps relax muscles to reduce stiffness, and muscle spasms.
