I am going to Ocrevus from Tysabri. I do not have any PML now. Just wanted to hear from those that changed.

Sggmcswain I'm sorry I can't help you. I haven't been on either drug. Try doing a search on Ocrevas. You can do that by entering "Ocrevus" (without the quotes) in the My MSAA Community search box at the top of the page. When I did that I came up with 5 pages of posts. I only looked at a few but I was able to find one person in the ones I looked at who went from Tysabri to Ocrevus. It was Shelly36, @shelly36. Maybe you could message her and ask her your questions? Hopefully she will see this post and respond. There are probably others who went from Tysabri to Ocrevus but I didn't have time to finish looking for the rest. Good luck!

Did you test positive for antibodies to the JC virus?

Didn't have JVC antibodies

That's good. If you're JCV negative, then your risk for PML should be low.

Just finished the second half of my first dose of ocrevus a couple weeks ago. Switched from gilenya.

I love my Tysabri! Once every 6 weeks. Went off of Avonex for it and have not had any new flare ups since. It’s been about 12 yrs on it..
