Moving forward slowly!!! πŸ˜ƒ

So I managed to talk my partner into going back to the doctor. He did it, he's back on his antidepressants and has promised to continue taking them this time.

I am so pleased πŸ˜„πŸ’–πŸ‘

He's having quite a bit of knee pain, knee locking and not being able to straighten the leg fully at times, so next step is some gentle exercise I think. Only it's raining here today πŸ˜” so we're going out for lunch instead.

Hope everyone is having a good weekend xx

Unfortunately not, saw an accident on the way there too, so much rain yesterday the roads were really dangerous, we were aquaplaning almost all the way there. Very scary. Had a good meal though x

Even a small improvement is a reason to celebrate, bandicoot1987 . And a change in mood? That can seem even greater. I am happy for both of you. As for his knee, does he have spasticity? Hope you enjoyed your lunch outing! πŸ’•

No he doesn't actually have any symptoms, relapses, attacks of any kind ever. We have just returned from the doctors and he is bring sent to the knee clinic, had similar problem with his other knee a few years back and it was just cartilage op so it may be just that.

His walking isn't like it used to be but he is still fully able at the moment so I try to keep us both as mobile as I can x

Hope he gets his knee 'fixed' or at least better. Keeping mobile is important. Use it while you can!! But that goes for everyone--not just for those with MS. πŸ’•
