Its weird that one can rationalize another stranger's pain but can't seem to get a pot too piss in to rationalize their own biography! Third person has a way of sorting rationalization!!! Lol

If we could only see ourselves sometimes the way others see us. I know my own depression would be a hell of a lot less if I could only see me the way my husband sees me.
Fattius I am not sure that statement is 100% correct. Having an overview of someone else's symptoms gives one a top down view and easier to comment on. Just like sometimes we are all experts with an answer to some of our friends issues and problems when we have the same problem yet refuse to apply it to ourselves. One reason I am here is to not only talk about my negative things but write positive things. But the biggest reason is to see what others come up with and if it can apply to my life. Also, I think since so many of us feel safe and unjudged here. That we can vent, yell scream and B and moan without being judged.
That being said, Yes, we are all quick to have answers for other people. Even research for others and ignore our own. Human nature I guess, Also as melack01 said. We should look at ourselves the way others do. In a positive manner instead of so negative,
Take care my friend,
Rob
