Compression wear on my legs or muscles that feel fludgy painful etc help so much. The tightness, holding it in however it works helps tremendously. All brands are not allike and sizes are aweful. An xxxl is what I get and I weigh 120.How do they size these things!I wear a skirt over it because skin tight isn't that pretty......Hand wraps/ wraps for what has gone out so it strengthens the area and protects.Heat bothers tremendously,I have fans, use ice but when my legs feel the worms trickles pain etc, my tub filled with toooo hot a water and I jump in and shock the legs sometimes several times works so far.Stretches when I start out.I play balance exercise with much padding in case I fall.Eventually some balance occurs.Dont be embarrassed to sit and secure yourself. You are the only YOU.Tell people NO when you need to.If they don't accept it, it isn't a guilt trip, this is their problem.Cover the basics food clothing shelter..sometimes that is great...pat yourself on the back.

@jackiesj Thank you for sharing all of these tips that help you. We can all learn so much from each other. When you mentioned your legs "getting the worms" it sounded a lot like restless leg syndrome which is very uncomfortable. 😖 Have you discussed this problem with your doctor? I take medicine for mine (pramipexole/Mirapex) and it gives me relief. I would hate to think of you suffering with that and taking a bath to seek relief when there might be something better. It's worth looking into. 😊

You're in my prayers.
