This is the last garden picture, promise.
The far back is not mine, my yard ends just before the dark green foliage, which is blackberries and is part of another lot.

And I see some of your artwork gracing your beautiful garden too, Morllyn !
Your gardens are beautiful, and inspire me to work much harder on my next house's flower beds.
Morllyn Oh my you said blackberries! I forgot how they grew at the very end of my yard at the bottom of the hill and the birds brought many items to grow in my backyard, including wild strawberries! Your garden is gorgeous! Thank you for the fantastic memories!
It sounds as though you may be mourning or grieving the loss of past or recent abilities, Morllyn , and perhaps coming to acceptance over the new you. I am sorry. And I'm sorry if I read into that incorrectly, too. Please know we are all here for you. Sending you a garden full of hugs and prayers. 🌸🌺💓🌷🌼
You are exactly right WAshingtongirl . I know that I will not be able to do all of that ever again, actually I been gradually getting used to that idea. My gardens are being returned to yard and my plantings are perennials because they are easier to manage.
The last few months have been hard on me physically and emotionally but it is time to move on.
Thanks to everyone for supporting my transition to a new reality.
This site and all of you are awesome!
