Tonight I told my son we were having hot dogs because I was tired of "rewinds!" Ha! That's pretty close to leftovers!

Oh my brain
I like it! A whole new take on leftovers. We had leftover spaghetti! yum yum Thank goodness for spellcheck, because I couldn't remember how to spell spaghetti
Good alternative, made me smile, thank you π¦ π
All l can say is lm thankful for NOT having 'rewind' lasagna again! π π
Hahaha, last night I said "thoughting" instead of thinking. It can be entertaining can't it?
I like that word Karen, thoughting! I think someone should come up with an ms dictionary π¦ π
I love the new vocabulary that comes with MS. If only I could remember all my "clever" new words.
Jesmcd2 myhusnabd has had the privilege of rewinding spaghetti 3 days now!!!
That's clever. I'll add that to reruns, blessedovers, repeats, threepeats. (And if we still have enough after threepeats, they become lunches.) ππ¨
I was trying to remind my husband to pick up and new toaster one day but the word toaster went right out the top of my head. I stammered around until he was half way out the door and stopped and said something like "spit it out". I said, "you know that thing you burn bread in every morning". He got the hint.....and I got my new toaster. Ha!
joys-an21 l have a brand new toaster. Wrapped in Christmas paper for my middle daughter who STILL hasn't come to get it!π π Want it? Ugh!
Jes
Kids! Thanks, but I don't eat bread anymore. Mostly just whole grain tortillas and an occasional bagel.
joys-an21 l always get the whole wheat bread and tortilla's also! I even got my guy to eat them and buy them!ππ π

I have to have about ten times the fiber of a normal person (only a slight exaggeration) and the whole fiber tortillas are full of it. I also eat tons of hummus which is also loaded with fiber. Not to be indelicate, but I tell my grandkids I have enough gas to get me around the world a few times. There are some small advantages to living alone.
My partner, Jim, calls it "speaking Entish" (from LOTR) when I go full description like that.
