Abagio, have you been taking this long term?

My doctor wants to switch me to Abagio, I have reservations about taking this drug. If you have been taking this for a long time I would love to hear any side effects you've had and if this drug is helping you for your MS. thanks much.

The only med I've taken for MS is Aubagio and I haven't noticed any side effects (twitch-twitch, LOL)

I did a lot of reading up on this medication and even went to a presentation about Aubagio. Probably doesn't help that I haven't taken anything for MS to compare it to, but I haven't had anything bad happen since I started taking it close to 2 years ago.

Good luck!

I took it for only one year. Stopped Feb 3. It was not doing me any good but I did not have any side effects.

I have been taking Abiagio for almost a year now. I have been through the toughest year of my life and I have remained relapse free!! I had the hair thinning but that has since reversed itself. (that was never an issue for me not to take it!) The only thing that bothered me as the digestions issues. It upset my stomach a lot!

To the point that I was loosing weight. I know that is not necessarily a bad thing but it was very bothersome for me. I remedied this by taking an antidiareal when this occured. I am waiting fir my JC number to go back down so I can go back on my medicine that makes me feel myself!
