Good Friday morning!

I hope all of you are doing well! I'm doing alright but struggling with the One Start program for my Aubagio. I started taking Aubagio last March and have done fairly well. In fact, I was receiving 3 starter packs every other week 5 each and had a good 45 day supply at one time. All of the sudden my shipments stopped and I had to call to find out why. No one knew why so I received 15 days supply and was down to 3 days so I called to find out what was going on and no one could tell me but they were going to send me more...still waiting been without 6 days now. Has anyone else had any problems getting their meds? Do you think being without will cause a relapse? Thanks! Have a great day!!

Hi KATC1972 lm so sorry your going through this! I don't know anything about aubagio, but lm pretty sure being off it isn't a good thing.😕

You said you called? Who did you call? I would call the pharmacy where you get it from and your Neurologists.

I would also call MSAA and see if they can light some fires for you.☺

When I was taking Copaxone and later Tecfidera they were shipped to my home monthly. I'm surprised your insurance company is on board with aubagios erratic plan. You're more patient than I am! I'd be calling my doc, insurance company, and the One Start program and I'd be begging for help. When I went off Tecfidera and was waiting for Tysabri I relapsed. 5 days of solumedrol- yuk😖. Don't give up KATC1972! Since the med is working - advocate hard for yourself! Good luck! Keep us posted.
