Thanks for sharing this Midgey_Midge06! I'm sure it will definitely help everyone who has been diagnosed in the last few years. They won't have to spend time figuring out how do deal with their symptoms. Super!!

Hi Midgey, Im going to try findind this book. I see is a compliment from Teva Neuroscience. Maybe I could get a sample or order online. A new book always have something to learn, to add new idea. Good idea from you too.

This is great . Sometimes I get so caught up in my old routines that I forget to think outside of the box. I'm trying to figure out to get dressed better without being frustrated . Frustration makes me angry and that is stressful . Stress leads to ms complications . I'm going to look for this book, Midge Midge

There is a whole section just on getting dressed. My fav was the section on grooming. I used to put a lot of time and effort into doing my hair and make up the same way i used to. The tips in the book helped a LOT

I'm at the Mayo Clinic this week getting a fifth opinion (The first four was my choice when I was first diagnosed in July 2013) so I will ask the neuro about this book.

This is what happens when you finally tell your family you have MS and they refuse to accept it.

The Mayo Clinic is so large but it runs like a well oiled machine.

If you ever decide to go to the clinic be prepared to spend a week there. You see several doctors within the week.
