This is Boston, my 18lb. sweet rescue kitty. He knows I'm not feeling well and rarely leaves my side in one photo, he's laying by my side, front toes at my hip and back toes al the way to my foot. 40" of big snuggles.
Erash hope you like the pic, he's curled up to me as I type this inπ»

Calfeechick it's Fancy1959. I'm sorry, Boston is not a kitty, he'closer to a Bobcat! Wow is he gorgeous and big! Quite often it's the dogs and cats we save that turn around and save us. My little foo foo dog name Gidget is a perfect example of a dog saving me. She just never leaves my side if she knows I'm not doing quite right she sleeps on my tummy sleeps next to me at night she's always with me God bless us for choosing our four legged Healers. If you haven't gotten a rescue yet everybody go to the local shelter and look. They will re-pay you a hundred times over.πΎ in no time at all they will leave pawprints or cat prints all over your heart.π
I think we all need a little puff of furry to comfort us. Boston does drive away neighborhood strays and thinks about chasing small dogs when he sees the neighbors walking their pets.
Boston sure looks loving. Unfortunately I am allergic to cats, it's funny how they know, when you go to someone's house who has a cat for some reason they always end up on your shoulder, which makes me sneeze, but pets are so loyal, my dog Razor never leaves my side, and he cries when I have to go out, it breaks my heart, blessings Jimeka
jimeka Boston does much the same thing, he makes my husband open all he closets to look for me, then he goes to sleep right where my back side would be if I was sitting up in bed. π»π»π»
Cats and dogs are such strange and wonderful creatures, aren't they? What a comfort they are to us. I'm glad you have and appreciate your "little" friend.
Thank you, he's quite the comfort kitty. Yes he is huge and someone requested a picture. This group is amazing and so good for all of us. Just being a part of this group has lowered my BP!ππ
I have a thigh warming kitty who has had a soft spot for my left side for his first 8 years. He was put off by my getting up mid-sleep so, he casually moved to the right side of me. He is a big boy, too!! My always faithful kitty warmer/buddy.. I registered him as an ESA (Emotional Support Animal), this certificate in unison with a note from my Neurologist helps with airplane rides and landlord hassle. (Unfortunately cats dont get full canine type benefit from ADA (doesn't help with my balance issue etc. but, he is a winner in my world)
Ebrod We found out this spring our kitty was chipped! Long story short, the prior owners were very nice and did give him to us as we had him for over 6 yrs and they had him just 2 before he disappeared from them. His twin brother also disappeared two yrs after our kitty disappeared from them. Together we figured that they must have a neighbor that hated cats, trapped them and dumped them. Our kitty was found over 10 miles from where they live. We have shared info and we now know our boy's birthday and have pictures of him & his brother when they were kittens. She now has a sweet little girl kitty that looks like Boston, but is a dainty 7 lbs and is a strictly indoor kitty.π»π»π»
I registered him with National Service Animal Registry out of CO. It was about $75 but got us a collar tag, certificate and with my doc. note, no one should mess with us. There are several out there at varied cost but they called me back, we spoke at length, answered my guestions and were helpful and quick! Just minimizes my stressors! πΎπ»πΎ

Boston is a beautiful cat. Wow 18lbs; that is awesome. We just found a 3 month old shivering in the cold rain. So we took him to the SPCA to be tested and to start his rounds of shots. We named him KUBROW. He is such an adorable cat.
Aww thank you for taking in the little one. Fortunate kitty π± Our Boston was huge when we rescued him. He returns the love every day with snuggles and play. Yes, our furrbabies give us allot of comfort.
