It sounds like a number of us could use a dose of it this week. Wishing everyone here a healthy dose of encouragement and hope today. ๐

HOPE
Beautiful Tutu, I love rainbows๐
My hope has gone down the drain alittle today, but least said, soonest mended
Praying it ends on a better note. ๐
If you read what I wrote to Jes in about the walk aid, you will understand why I am down. I didn't get my funding and the neuro I saw today was a total , well I won't say what he was
Such a beautiful picture you've given all of us for hope! Thank you and I'm going to be more hopeful because of what you've added! LOVE and Prayers and HOPE to you and everyone. We can do this! WE ARE WARRIORS!
Hi, you have brighten my with your posting.
Bless you!
Thank you for posting such a beautiful pic, WAshingtongirl ! "Single rainbow, all the way!" (anybody remember that viral video?)

Ok, John, I googled that and watched a video of a woman holding a crayon pic of a rainbow up against a window. At first I thought she was talking to her child. But then it took a twist. ๐ณ Is that the correct video? Never saw it. I wonder if she was having a bad day...
Google "double rainbow all the way" I just remember loving how much the guy marveled at what he was seeing...so genuine too!
I'm sure we can all admit: whenever we see a rainbow in the sky, we tend to pause and marvel at it as well, whether it's a single or a double or whatever...something we can all agree on!

Excuse me while I go grab a tissue and mop up the tears. I've never seen it. His raw emotion and awe is so moving. And what does it mean? As a kid, I thought there might be a pot of gold at the other end. But today it reminds me of Noah. Even on my worst day, a rainbow reminds me of hope and promise.
Thanks for sharing the video, John. Wishing you a day filled with awe and wonder. ๐
Loved your picture Tutu! Weather has been very nice for Illinois lately, but today saw some clouds that reminded me of winter snow. UGH. Wanted to let you know I saw my "new" neurologist and I was very happy with him. He spent 45 minutes with me and actually explained things to me about MS that my previous neurologist never took the time to do. I never felt like I asked too many questions, was not rushed and did not leave feeling frustrated! Since I have had no brain MRIs in quite a while, I am having one done Monday. He also suggested I got back to a specialist I had seen in 2014, 2015 because of my age and the fact that all my lesions are mainly on my spine to get his opinion. He would like to hear what he has to say about staying on Aubagio or trying another medicine such as Tecfidera. I felt very comfortable with this doctor and am hoping that I always feel this way when I have an appointment with him in the future. Hope you are having a good day. : )
I am so happy you are pleased with your new neuro! He sounds like a keeper. He's wasting no time with your MRI. I assume he'll give you the results the next time he sees you? Thanks so much for the update.
We had cloudy skies, but very mild weather today. I think it reached 60-my perfect high temp! I had a visit with my urologist earlier in the day (better than I had expected), then my husband dug a number of holes in our front yard while I supervised, then planted about 150 tulip and narcissus bulbs. He's pretty sore and surprised that I used to do this work myself a few years back.
With mostly spinal lesions, how does this affect your mobility and bladder and bowels? You may have posted this elsewhere, but all I recall at this moment is that you have a grandson and keep lists like I do! โบ๏ธ Sorry. I am working on keeping everyone straight. I feel like the new kid who's walked into the class midway through the school year.
I hope you have a good evening-and that the snow holds off until you're ready for it. โ๏ธ
