Hi Juulez, at the top of the blogs there is a blue icon. Click on it. Then scroll down to the selection to see who is near you. It's by miles and then I think you can send private messages. I've not done the messages, but have checked who's closest to me, I'm in Oceanside, CA. AKA Paradise.

Hi purpletustin just a quick correction. Everyone's smile icon is a different color. So where yours is blue mine is green. If you click on the person's name and go to there "page" there is a place to follow and/or message a person.
