I have a Bioness. I don't use it very much because I don't tolerate the electrical pulse very well. I used it more at first. I do not feel very safe with it so only use it at home as a relief from my leg brace. Very expensive, no insurance coverage. If you are thinking about it, you can get one for a month and try it out. The money goes towards purchase IF you decide to buy one. DEFINITELY I've it a try FIRST.
