Just rest and don't make any major decisions and hope and pray the next day is better. God bless Jimeka
Find something you like to do (reading, drawing, coloring, woodwork, gardening, exercise, walking, swimming, cooking, etc.)... and DO IT! Enjoy the hell out of it! Don't worry about any 'mental fuzziness' or whatever form it takes for you - just be in the moment and enjoy!
Then, when it feels like you've done enough, rest. Sleep. Veg out on the porch. Swing in a hammock. Hopefully, by the end of the day, you'll feel fine and know that you've used the time wisely, even if you've done 'nothing'!
If the blah days continue and are really bothering you, it would be a good idea to talk with your doctor. MS comes with a lot of different symptoms, including depression and loss of cognitive abilities. But there are treatments and help for all of them.

Definitely have those days and because I'm still working, I tell myself to slow down, relax, breathe, and I use checklists, templates as memory aids. I'm also working on being kind and forgiving to myself. I'm a recovering perfectionist 😉
More often than I wish. I find that if I make myself do SOMETHING, my mood improves a bit. Even if it's just a chore or two, I've accomplished something and changed my focus. Exercise is a good bad/blah mood buster too.
