As I read your plea for help I felt the pain and anguish you are experiencing. I too suffer from lack of feeling and strength in my legs and feet. My suggestion is to go to an orthopedic specialist who could possibly fit you with braces. There are various types of braces that can work wonders.

I liked Vibrown's suggestion. Physical therapy is also helpful. You may not look for the return of something that may be lost, but you may be able to adapt to the "new normal" for you. PT, OT and other therapies will connect you with the exercises to strengthen the abilities you have. If you have an MS center in your town contact them. The one here in Orlando has a neurologist, physical therapist, occupational therapist and speech therapist all in the same office. They coordinate interventions and have a cooperative plan. Keep a positive attitude and keep moving forward!!!
