My little toe on left foot is very red, swollen and itchy/sore. Friends think it may be a chilblain, driving me mad!

No other toes are affected and it does not respond to athlete's foot cream.

I have a small blister on my finger, but its not like usual blister its like deep under the skin what could it be?

Its not like normal blisters, if I apply pressure to it, it will become painfully. Its just weird because it feels like its under the skin and deeply buried...
