I got a situation with my wife whenever she take any pain killer tablets ,flu or cold medicine she got rashes all over the body ??

Hi Raviranjan, in the UK many painkillers, cold/flu remedies contain paracetamol - check the ingredients lists on the boxes. Skin rash might indicate an allergic reaction to paracetamol. Most people are not allergic to paracetamol, but it can happen.

I would echo above re checking ingredients because common 'fillers' can include allergens as well

Tell her not to take them any more at all until she has seen a doctor - she could be developing a severe allergic reaction, which could suddenly increase dramatically and be life threatening. Make sure she reports her reaction to her doctor, so they can record it in her notes, and also offer her different types of meds.

May I suggest she avoid the usual medicines. There is suspicion they do no good in long run. There are many good reports for real benefit with Zinc in doses like 3 times usual daiily recommended supplement for 3 - 4 days from first day of clear symptoms. For over 2 years this has worked for me.
