Hi, I’m a 37 year old male and a few days ago after a shower I noticed what appeared to be a rash below my calf near my Achilles. At first I thought I must have scratched myself overnight and thought nothing of it. Now a few days later I noticed the spots are prominent and very visible. The spots are red and in a figure of 8 shape - it almost looks like I have been bitten by something? Does anyone know what this might be? The last few days I have noticed my resting heart rate has increased via my health watch and understand this is perhaps a sign of an infection. I have attached a picture, help!
