what rash is this?

hi all.

any ideas what rash this could be?

just started appearing on my ankles.

could be that i just started taking huel daily greens which contains a pro biotic or something i didn’t realise im allergic to.

Hi gordonski, Maybe stop taking the greens and see if the rash goes away. You could dab on a little peroxide to the rash to see if that helps and it will keep it clean and disinfected. Hope it gets better soon. Oh, an maybe take that bottle of greens to a pharmacist and ask them their opinion. Just a thought.
