Hello everyone, can anyone tell me why I come out in a rash on my arms and tummy after completing a run?
(I'm only on week 3 of c25k so not exerting myself too much!)
It goes after a couple of hours or an antihistamine but wondered if this is common.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
