Keratolysis exfoliativa

Can anyone help please as although I have no official diagnosis of this condition, I've done enough research to know that's what it is and it's literally driving me to distraction and no amount of hand cream is making any difference, I'm spending most of my time picking the skin off or pulling it off with tweezers and my hands look a terrible mess, if anyone can recommend something I can try off prescription if possible as it takes a month to get a doctors appointment. Add into that, severe mental health issues and hypothyroidism and the situation is giving me no end of stress. Anyone who may be able to recommend something, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
