I’ve had this mark on my skin for over 6 months now. It doesn’t itch and it doesn’t hurt but I’ve noticed that sometimes it gets a tiny bit dry. It sometimes also changes colour based on if I’m hot or cold. If I’m cold it goes a little purple and pink if I’m warm. I just have no idea what this could be.

I agree with lovesradio (don't we all) I would get this, at least, Checked. I have to say that, because it isn't 'raised' and dosen't look Angry I wouldn't Worry, too much though.
