Blood pressure medications and skin

Heartproblemshope profile image

Was wondering if anyone on this forum has had any skin redness or irritation or rash of any sort from taking any kinds of high blood pressure medications. Have asked on high blood pressure site but thought I would also ask on this site. Doctors say no but have had problems with skin since taken medications. I also take a sleeping pill nightly has anyone had skin reactions to any of these. Thank you

Can you tell me how long you have been struggling with Blood pressure? Have you taken any treatment for this? If you want to know about homeopathy treatment then feedback here.

Hi I was put on a Calcium Channel Blocker can't remember the name but although it was a BP med I was given it for heart problem. My skin drove me crazy itching from head to toe and some rashes that are not the normal ones I have.

I read the leaflet and yes the one I was put on could cause a problem for some. I had to stop taking it after talking with my GP as I was also having other side effects.

Check the leaflet that comes with the tablets and talk to your GP that's the best way forward and the safest thing to do.

♥️
