I'm actually more curious than concerned over these little dots on my skin. I recently just happened to notice, that I have never seen anyone else have these.
What I know about them is that they're hardened blood. For example if I lightly scratch one off with my nail it disappears for a second and then the blood bleeds back and hardens (and then it looks the same as it did before.. Maybe a tad bigger). I'm pretty sure I've had them for years, as I can't remember not having them.
Like I said I'm not very anxious over these. I'm just super curious of why I have them and no one else I know does. I've tried google to find similar looking ones but everything I find on there is too big or the dots are under the skin or the skin is red and irritated around the dots.
(Also sorry if the picture is bad. The dots are super tiny.)

Are they itchy or sore? Are you allergic to anything?
Hiya I have also just gotten these. Form what I can tell they are petechiae which are as you say tiny little blood spots. I've got some slightly bigger splotchy ones on my ankles too. I think it's a type of small vessel vasculitis. Which sounds scary but I don't think it is serious. I can't think of a reason for mine to have appeared so I think they call that idiopathic petechiae /vasculitis.
It's horrid when you have something like this, especially when nobody seems to know what they are.. Even my GP who I showed and he just drew a blank. Try not to worry too much.. One day they mihjt be gone.
I notice that there is a pink line about two thirds up on the right (as viewed) is this a scar or inflammation?
There appears to be white tracking under the skin which could indicate an infection.
There are three differently shaded areas - is this shadow or is this your actual colouring? The spots could be tiny cherry angioma which may increase in size but are harmless.
A little mustard paste massaged into them and left to dry could help to diagnose. If it dries smooth they most likely are cherry angioma but if rough with tiny crystals it could indicate that impurities have been drawn out and there is some kind of infection.
A skin -knowledgeable GP (hard to find) hopefully is available to you.
