I keep getting these red lumps which come up and down over a few weeks. Slightly sore. What are they? I also have CMT disease but as far as I know these are unrelated.

They look a bit like a small boil or reaction. Are there any common things you could be doing with chemicals or in your environment that could be serving as triggers?
