Hello, I have had this rash for years that doctors have also have no idea what it is so finally having a mini op and having the skin sent off to be looked into further.
Has anyone ever seen anything like this? The doctor thinks it may be something called “ annular erythema”
It comes up every 4 months or so stays for around a month or 2 then goes again. And always on thighs / knees.
It’s making me so depressed now as there apparently isn’t any cure.
Just wondering if anyone has experienced similar? X
It says the trigger is often bacterial, viral, fungal or parasitic. I would apply organic essential tea tree oil into coconut oil and apply to see if a change happens. You could also apply colloidal silver alternating so you hit as many of those different types of microbes at once. Do you have any mold or water damage in your home or workplace? Microbial contamination such as that found in water damage houses all of those types of microbes together in one toxic soup. You could also sit in very salty bathes. Apply Manuka honey to it. See if any of those natural remedies improve or resolve it. Otherwise I'd LAST try Betadine if you're not allergic to iodine. But it's man-made and not as gentle on our welcome microbes, hence it's last.
Look at improving your diet too. I would drop all forms of mold from diet. Ie no cheese, no mushrooms etc. I would also go grain free. Add extra vegetables and a little fruit to replace. Grain is virtually devoid of nutrients anyway, you'll do much better with vegetables and you'll have removed large volumes of mold that's a given with grain.
