Flare up

Hi everyone,I've bin psoriasis free for a year or so and it's like a dream come true but just two days ago I noticed my fingers looking dry n flaky and Friday my stomach and legs have spots- psoriasis flare up🙈...Im dreading it all coming up again after bit having it for so long. It's the flaky skiing that really annoys me too. Anybody understand where I'm coming from?

I have eczema that can go flakey and I hate it when it happens as it looks like dandruff all over my body, so I get exactly where you are coming from.
