Any ideas?

Hi,

This lump has appeared on my head (just above my ear). It seems to have appeared out of nowhere and is quite sore. I caught it with my hairbrush and it bled quite a bit and, thinking it was a spot, I squeezed it - nothing came out except blood. Any ideas what it could be or how to get rid of it?

Get it checked out by GP or hairdresser. I think I have something similar just behind hairline about level with right eye. It's not bothering me but like you I wonder where it came from.

I would get down to the doctors to check it out, definitely don't squeeze it, as you could cause an infection to start, it could be a mole, or a raised skin tag, but professional advice should be seen, and then you'll get a correct diagnosis, thanks.
