Last couple of months i have this dry, less than millimeter sized bumps on my palms. First i noticed 3,4, and last month I got a at least 50. I have no idea what it is and how to get rid of them. After couple od days I can pull them of, then stays little hole and it grows again. My palms are like sand paper now.

Are the bumps itchy? If so it could be pomphlyx eczema, it looks like tiny little fluid filled blisters that then dry out and crack.
They are not filled with fluid, they are always dry and hard on touch, and when they are big enogh like on photo i can scratch them out, but then they will grow again from the same spot.
probably best see your GP about it then
