Back acne

Hello guys I've had back acne since I was 15. It usually disappears in summer and reappears during winter. I'd also like to note that my skin is dry. I've seen few dermatologists. One gave me a cream that made my skin really dry which caused it to crack. The other prescribed Reacutan. Anyway none helped. Anyone?

Can i ask how old are you now? I've suffered with"acne" and other skin conditions since I was 14,and I'm now into my 50s, so I have had various tablets including reacutan and not really had much improvement, I think it's a genetic family thing and probably inherited, so all I can say is a good diet and avoid alcohol, and maybe changing the food you eat, it's a nightmare trying to solve a skin condition and keep on trying with a dermatology clinic to narrow down what's causing your breakout, I know it's depressing especially if your young and your pals have got blemish free skin, and I've noticed that even though this is a very popular health forum, trying to get support or information is pretty limited regarding acne, and I feel for you, and I don't care what anyone says, it's very depressing have skin problems, so I wish you some luck on this subject,good luck for the future.
