I have a rash on my underarm for about 2 months and a few scattered about my feet and other underarm and they keep spreading. They start with small bumps and then gets a dark center and stay like that. They itch in the beginning.. Doctor say it contact dermatitis but I'm not sure cause they keep spreading was creaming with candid b but it isn't helping.. Can anyone help?

In the photo and from your description it has the 'blistered' look of pomphylx eczema. It often appears in 'patches' and as you say, is horribly itchy to start with. Keep the areas moisturised to stop the skin drying out and starting to crack. It may need a mild hydrocortisone to treat it.
