Nose bleeding on roaccutane

So I started roaccutane 3 weeks ago and I’m on 10mg alternate days for the first month, the past 5 days I’ve woken up with crusty blood and bloody crows all in my nose (sorry to be disgusting). Has anyone else experienced this?

I have a bunch of nose bleeds. It's okay, just take a warm damp cloth and wipe away the left over blood. If you have a nose bleed make sure to lean your head down. Not up. Blow your nose when you feel a Blood clot forming. When your nose bleed stops, don't pick at the hard crusted blood inside your nose it'll scratch the nose and the nerves will jump causing your nose to bleed. If the bleeding gets worse ask a doctor about nose cautery.
