Warta on toddler's arm: Need remedy for small warts... - MY SKIN
Warta on toddler's arm
Hi Msbwell - 2 years ago a wart appeared on my nose. At first it was just a small one but it gradually increased in size and bled when I accidently caught it. As I going on holiday in 2 weeks time I searched the internet and found that the most favourable cure appeared to be covering the wart with ordinary silver backed duct tape. So I followed the advise and, to my great delight, the wart disappeared after 10 days and has not returned since. It is painless and cheap, and well worth a try. It worked for me (and many others judging by the internet info). My suggestion is to input wart removal in the internet address bar, and then decide whether to give it a try. I did, and was overjoyed with the result.
Hoping that this advice provides the cure.
Best wishes

Hi Msbwell - further to my previous advice I later remembered that before using the duct tape a specialist had treated the wart by 'freezing' it, but warned me that it may return - which it did, hence my need to seek an alternative method. I believe that a wart is a virus, and by using the duct tape it is deprived of whatever it needs to survive.
Best wishes
