Hi there ive had psoriasis for a number of years one year nothing nx bad last year nothing..sitting here now my scalp is very bad like a walking dandruff lol..my elbows bad and my side's using dovobex it helps and sunbeds help living in scotland not sunny very much lol..ive just came to the conclusion ive just to get on with it but any advice wd be helpful😀

I've always used selsun, polytar or

Tea tree oil. The tea tree I put a few drops in my bath and relax and rinse my hair in it. Then shampoo with selsun gold. Hope that helps you as it works wonders with me.
