For the past month I have experienced these strange shaped welts that have appeared on my legs , arms mainly. But actually all over...and it's always about 20 to 30 minutes after eat..This has never been an issue and it is very disturbing. On March 1 ..participating in Lent, I gave up carbohydrates during this time and have lost a significant amount of weight. .wondering if it had any bearing on this outbreak. ..can anyone help.

Sounds like your skin is responding to something ......naturopaths regard skin as last organ of excretion so maybe something to do with what you have been eating/not eating?
