Red skin condition

Hi

I am a bit worried about this sort of rush that I have on my inner thigh. It had a bumpy rush with a normal skin colour although it now turned red and worries me a lot.

I will go to doctors but in the meantime I wanted to get some opinion on it!.

Many Thanks in advance
