I have had small pinkish itchy spots on palm of hand for a few months and occasionally they get quite itchy and irritating without any reason, any suggestions to what it is? I've looked on the nhs website and several others and I cant find what this is.

Looks a wee bit like pomphylx eczema though generally the spots with it are smaller and look more like little tiny blisters. Might be worth another GP visit....
Sounds silly, but soak your cash in Milton or top. Don't hold money in your hand. Maybe. Give it a go.
