Morning, I've just seen your post regarding Enstilar. I know of people who have used pure aloe vera spray and gelly together with propolis cream to control their condition. Hope this is helpful.
Yes you can I started on it about 3 ago weeks.Consultant at hospital put me on it after coming off methatrexate
